"Steve, Thanks for taking the time to speak with me earlier when I phoned to compliment Will Berube. As I explained, I live in a newly constructed townhome and it contains an On-Q enclosure in the garage which holds all of the telephone cables, ethernet cables and coaxial cables. For some reason the cable TV company prefers to mount their hardware (modems, switches, etc.) by hanging it from wires or Ethernet cables rather than securing the hardware inside the On-Q enclosure. I reached my level of frustration with this installation method and decided to address the situation myself. I contacted On-Q and some other distributors to learn which item(s) would be best for my purposes and then called TWAComm.com. By the time I contacted your firm for pricing I'd pretty much decided on the products to purchase - four battery holders which I would use as shelves for the hardware and a surge protector. I was fortunate to reach Will when I first phoned and was so impressed that I place my orders with him even though I could purchase the battery holders for a few dollars less from another distributor. But, with me, deciding where I'm going to do business is much about the people as it is the price or cost of the goods to be purchased. This was definitely the case with your company and it was entirely because of Will and the personality he exhibited over the telephone. In all, I purchased about $200 worth of items in 2 separate purchases. All of the items I bought have been received and I've installed them and couldn't be happier with how they work. Having been in some sort of sales and/or customer service position for most of my career I know how important it is for positive feedback to be provided. After all, people are all too quick to share when an employees didn't do a job well but too often fail to take the time to share the opposite - that an employee exceeded at his job and created what could be a long and profitable relationship for your company. This is the case with Will. He did a GREAT job and deserves to be recognized, and hopefully compensated, for it. While it's one thing to share it with you verbally, I know that it sometimes is more effective if comments of this nature are put in writing so they can be shared with the specific individual. Please feel free to share with Will what I'm sharing with you here. However, I think from our phone calls last week that he has a pretty good idea of what I think about him. Will, you did a hell of a job and for me, more importantly, you made me glad that I did business with you and TWAcomm.com. Keep up the good work and HAPPY BIRTHDAY. David M."
